工艺说明Process Description
砂金矿重选工艺流程采用三段独立流线设计，根据矿石粒度分级处理，全程物理重力分选，无化学药剂，环保高效。原矿石经滚筒分级筛筛分为0-3mm、3-10mm、＞10mm三个粒级：
· 0-3mm细粒级：采用离心选矿机粗选 + 6S摇床精选，回收率高，精矿品位好；
· 3-10mm中粒级：采用固定淘金溜槽粗选 + 6S摇床精选，处理量大，运行成本低；
· ＞10mm粗粒级：经锤式破碎机破碎至≤5mm后，进入离心选矿机粗选 + 6S摇床精选，确保粗颗粒中金的充分回收。
三条流线最终产出高品质金精矿，尾矿统一排入尾矿库。

Alluvial Gold Gravity Separation Process features three independent lines designed for different ore size fractions, using full physical gravity separation without chemicals, environmentally friendly and efficient. Raw ore is classified by rotary trommel screen into three size fractions: 0-3mm, 3-10mm, and ＞10mm:
· 0-3mm fine fraction: Centrifugal concentrator for roughing + 6S shaking table for cleaning, high recovery rate and good concentrate grade;
· 3-10mm medium fraction: Fixed gold sluice box for roughing + 6S shaking table for cleaning, large capacity and low operating cost;
· ＞10mm coarse fraction: Crushed to ≤5mm by hammer crusher, then processed by centrifugal concentrator + 6S shaking table to ensure full recovery of gold in coarse particles.
All three lines produce high-quality gold concentrate, with tailings discharged to the tailings pond.
