WSHT completed a major modernization of a copper ore crushing circuit for a mining company in Peru. The project increased plant capacity from 35,000 to 45,000 tpd while improving equipment reliability and reducing operating costs.

Modernization Scope

Equipment Upgrades:

  • New primary gyratory crusher (40-110HD)
  • Replacement of older cone crushers with high-capacity units
  • New triple-deck screens with premium media
  • Upgraded conveyor system with wider belts
