African Gold Crushing and Beneficiation Plant
WSHT supplied a 500 tpd gold ore processing plant for an African gold mining customer. The flowsheet includes primary jaw crushing, secondary cone crushing, tertiary cone crushing and screening, followed by ball mill grinding, cyclone classification, gravity concentration and flotation. The plant has been in reliable operation since commissioning, enabling the customer to consistently achieve production and recovery targets.
WSHT's scope covered process design, equipment supply, plant layout engineering, installation supervision and commissioning assistance — and continues today with spare parts supply and periodic technical support visits.
Central Asian Copper Ore Crushing Circuit
WSHT supplied a high-capacity copper ore crushing circuit for a Central Asian copper mining customer. The circuit comprises a primary jaw crusher, parallel secondary cone crushers, parallel tertiary cone crushers and multi-deck vibrating screens — producing a consistent crush product feeding the mine's grinding circuit.
The circuit was designed for high availability and low operating cost in a cold-climate region, with special attention to lubrication systems, electrical enclosures and structural steel specifications.
Middle East High-Capacity Aggregate Plant
WSHT designed and delivered a high-capacity aggregate crushing and screening plant for a Middle East customer supplying major infrastructure projects. The plant combines primary impact crushing, secondary cone crushing, VSI shaping and multi-deck screening, producing well-graded cubical aggregate products.
A key project requirement was consistent high-quality aggregate production for ready-mix concrete and asphalt applications — a need met through careful selection of crusher types, screen arrangements and plant automation.
South American Iron Ore Crushing and Screening
WSHT supplied an iron ore crushing and screening circuit to a South American iron ore customer, producing sized lump and fine iron ore products. The plant operates around the clock with high availability, supported by WSHT-supplied spare parts and periodic maintenance supervision.
Equipment selection emphasized robust construction and wear-part longevity suitable for continuous operation on abrasive iron ore.
Southeast Asia Limestone Aggregate and Cement Plant Feed
WSHT delivered a multi-stage limestone crushing and screening plant for a Southeast Asian cement producer and aggregate operator. The plant produces cement-grade feed limestone and construction aggregate products, meeting the customer's dual product needs with a single integrated facility.
