Product Overview

The WSHT WSY Series Crawler Cone Mobile Crushing Station integrates a high-performance hydraulic cone crusher, vibrating feeder, multiple belt conveyors, and a crawler travel system on a single heavy-duty chassis. This fully integrated design eliminates the need for split installation and enables rapid deployment at any job site.

Available in two models — WSY440-300 and WSY660-500 — the series delivers processing capacities from 150 to 500 tons per hour. The hydraulic cone crusher provides excellent particle shape and high reduction ratio, suitable for processing granite, basalt, river pebble, iron ore, copper ore, and other medium-hard to hard materials into specification-grade aggregates.

The crawler-track undercarriage allows the plant to traverse rough terrain, soft ground, and confined work areas without external transport equipment. The intelligent control system enables remote monitoring and adjustment of all crushing parameters, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation throughout the production cycle.
