Product Overview

The WSHT WSC Series Crawler Impact Mobile Crushing Station integrates a high-performance impact crusher, vibrating feeder, main belt conveyor, return material conveyor, and crawler travel system on a single heavy-duty chassis. This fully integrated design eliminates the need for split installation and enables rapid deployment at any job site.

Available in two models — WSC9532-350 and WSC1145-450 — the series delivers processing capacities from 150 to 500 tons per hour. The impact crusher rotor diameters of 953mm and 1145mm provide the crushing force and throughput required for processing limestone, granite, recycled concrete, asphalt pavement, and other medium-hard materials into cubical, specification-grade aggregates.

The crawler-track undercarriage allows the plant to traverse rough terrain, soft ground, and confined work areas without external transport equipment. The intelligent control system enables remote monitoring and adjustment of all crushing parameters, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation throughout the production cycle.

  • Heavy-Duty Impact Crusher: The WSC9532 and WSC1145 impact crushers feature large-diameter rotors (953mm and 1145mm) with high rotational inertia, delivering powerful impact energy for efficient material reduction. The feed inlets of 1270mm and 1360mm accommodate large feed sizes up to 400mm and 500mm respectively.
  • Adjustable Discharge Size: The discharge opening is hydraulically adjustable across a wide range — 256-420mm for the WSC9532 and 350-580mm for the WSC1145 — allowing operators to precisely control product gradation and match output specifications to project requirements.
  • Integrated Conveyor System: The plant features a complete conveyor network including a 10100×1000mm main belt conveyor, 4000×1300mm return material conveyor, transition belt, return belt, and finished product belt. This fully integrated system handles material transfer from feed to stockpile without auxiliary equipment.
  • Vibrating Feeder with Grizzly: The 4200×1100mm vibrating feeder evenly distributes material to the impact crusher while pre-screening fines through the grizzly bars. This bypasses undersized material directly to the product stream, increasing effective throughput and reducing unnecessary crusher wear.
  • Crawler Track Undercarriage: The heavy-duty crawler travel system is powered by a 79kW drive motor, enabling the entire plant to move independently at variable speeds across rough and uneven terrain. The wide track shoes distribute weight for operation on soft ground and slopes.
  • Remote Monitoring & Automation: The PLC-based intelligent control system provides real-time monitoring of all operational parameters including crusher load, feeder speed, conveyor status, and engine performance. Remote access capability allows off-site supervision and troubleshooting by service technicians.
  • Compact Transport Footprint: With transport dimensions of only 17.5×3.5×4 meters, the entire plant fits on a standard lowboy trailer for over-the-road transport. Quick-deploy hydraulic support legs and folding conveyors enable setup in under 30 minutes upon arrival at a new site.
  • High Stockpile Capacity: The finished product conveyor features a 5800×800/4000×500mm design with a stockpile height of 2822/1540mm, allowing direct loading into haul trucks or creating large aggregate stockpiles without additional stacking conveyors.
