The WSHT WSE Series Crawler Jaw Mobile Crushing Station integrates a heavy-duty jaw crusher with a vibrating feeder, conveyor system, and crawler track undercarriage on a single chassis. The core component — the jaw crusher — adopts the toggle squeezing principle, driven by an electric motor through belts and pulleys, causing the movable jaw to move up and down to crush materials effectively.
Available in two models — WSE106-300 and WSE120-500 — the series delivers processing capacities from 180 to 500 tons per hour. The jaw crusher feed inlets of 1060×700mm and 1200×870mm accommodate large feed sizes up to 560mm and 700mm respectively, with discharge sizes adjustable from 70 to 200mm.
