Project Overview
The Weihui Wanyou Building Materials Project in Henan Province is a model for standardized green building material production. This 1,000 TPH plant achieves zero-discharge operation and has received Henan Province Green Mine certification.
Project Scope
WSHT supplied a complete three-stage crushing and screening system designed to meet China strictest environmental standards. The facility processes local limestone with comprehensive dust control, noise reduction, and water recycling systems.
Process Flow
Primary Crushing: A C120 jaw crusher (1200×900 mm, 180-350 t/h) in a fully enclosed crushing chamber with negative-pressure dust extraction system.
Secondary Crushing: 2× HPT-300 multi-cylinder cone crushers (100-200 t/h each) in parallel for −40 mm product. Sound-insulated crusher housings reduce noise to < 75 dB at 1m distance.
Tertiary Crushing: VSI-8518 sand maker (80-180 t/h) for manufactured sand and fine aggregate. Product washed in XSD-2610 sand washer.
Environmental Systems: Complete dust collection (pulse-jet bag filter, 99.5% efficiency), noise barriers (3m height, 25 dB reduction), and zero-discharge water treatment (multi-stage settling + filtration).
