Project Overview

The Sichuan-Tibet Railway China Railway 11th Bureau High-Quality Aggregate Project is a critical infrastructure support facility for one of the world most challenging railway construction projects. This 1,000 TPH plant operates at altitudes of 3,000-4,500 meters in extreme mountain terrain.

Project Scope

WSHT designed a mobile and modular crushing solution capable of rapid deployment along the railway alignment. The system processes local granite and gneiss into railway-grade aggregates meeting TB/T 2140 standards.

Process Flow

Primary Crushing: A track-mounted jaw crusher (C100, 1000×650 mm) processes blasted rock at 150-300 t/h. Mobile design allows relocation every 3-6 months as construction progresses.

Secondary Crushing: A modular cone crusher (HP300, 100-200 t/h) on a portable skid reduces product to −40 mm. Altitude-compensated engine maintains power output at 4,000m elevation.

Screening: A triple-deck vibrating screen (3YK-1860, 100-200 t/h) classifies product into railway ballast (25-60 mm), concrete aggregate (5-25 mm), and manufactured sand (0-5 mm).
