Project Overview
The Lvdaeyuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. Project is one of the largest single-line aggregate production facilities in southwestern China. Located in Chongqing municipality, this 6,000 TPH plant processes limestone for the region massive infrastructure and urbanization programs.
Project Scope
WSHT designed and supplied a three-stage crushing and screening plant optimized for Chongqing limestone (compressive strength 80-120 MPa, Bond Work Index 11.5 kWh/t). The plant operates 24/7 with 92% availability.
Process Flow
Primary Crushing: A C200 jaw crusher (2000×1500 mm) processes ROM limestone (P80 = 1,500 mm) at 1,000-1,500 t/h. The crusher features hydraulic toggle adjustment for CSS optimization.
Secondary Crushing: 4× HP800 cone crushers (standard cavity) operate in parallel at 300-500 t/h each, reducing product to −60 mm. Load-sharing control maintains equal throughput across all four units.
Tertiary Crushing: 2× HP500 cone crushers (short-head cavity) produce −25 mm final product at 250-400 t/h each. Closed-circuit with 2× 4YK-3072 screens.
Screening & Stockpile: 4× 4YK-3072 screens classify product into 5 sizes. Radial stackers create 50,000-tonne live stockpiles per product size.
