Project Overview
The Jincheng Ruian Building Materials Project in Shanxi Province is a new-generation eco-friendly aggregate production facility. This 2,000 TPH plant combines high-efficiency crushing with comprehensive environmental protection, meeting Shanxi Province strictest green mine standards.
Project Scope
WSHT provided a complete aggregate processing solution with emphasis on dust control, noise reduction, and water conservation. The facility processes local limestone and sandstone into premium construction aggregates.
Process Flow
Primary Crushing: C140 jaw crusher (1400×1060 mm, 250-500 t/h) in fully enclosed crushing chamber with negative-pressure dust extraction (−50 Pa differential).
Secondary Crushing: 2× HPT-300 multi-cylinder cone crushers (100-200 t/h each) with sound-insulated housings (noise < 75 dB at 1m).
Tertiary Sand Making: VSI-8518 sand maker (80-180 t/h) with water spray dust suppression at feed and discharge points.
Water Management: Complete water recycling system: process water → multi-stage settling → filtration → reuse. 98% recycling rate, zero liquid discharge.
