Project Overview

The Huizhou Jiaotou Xinxu Green Quarry Project is a flagship environmentally responsible aggregate production facility in the Greater Bay Area. Developed by Huizhou Jiaotou Group with WSHT Mining Group as the EPC contractor, this 2,500 TPH plant sets new standards for green quarrying in southern China.

Project Scope

WSHT delivered a complete crushing, screening, and sand-making system processing granite and metamorphic rock into five standardized aggregate sizes plus manufactured sand. The facility features fully enclosed crushing workshops, advanced dust collection, and intelligent process control.

Process Flow

Primary Crushing: ROM boulders (up to 1,200 mm) are fed to a C180 jaw crusher (1800×1400 mm, 600-1200 t/h) via a vibrating grizzly feeder with 50 t bin capacity.

Secondary Crushing: Primary product (−300 mm) splits to 3× HP800 cone crushers (medium cavity, 250-500 t/h each) for parallel secondary reduction to −60 mm.

Tertiary Crushing & Sand Making: Secondary product feeds 2× VSI-1263 vertical shaft impact crushers (300-600 t/h each) for cubical shape improvement and manufactured sand production.

Screening: 4× 4YK-3072 vibrating screens (4-deck, 3000×7200 mm) classify crushed product into 5 sizes: 0-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm, 20-31.5 mm, 31.5-40 mm.
