Project Overview

The Dexing Hongtai Stone Eco-Friendly Building Materials Project transforms mineral processing waste from the Dexing copper mine region into high-quality construction aggregates. This 5,000 TPH facility demonstrates WSHT commitment to circular economy principles in mining.

Project Scope

WSHT designed a comprehensive aggregate processing system with emphasis on environmental protection: enclosed crushing, wet scrubbing, advanced dust collection, and zero-discharge water treatment. The plant processes local granite and mine waste rock.

Process Flow

Primary Crushing: ROM material (−800 mm) is crushed by a C160 jaw crusher (1600×1200 mm, 400-1000 t/h) in an enclosed crushing chamber with negative-pressure dust extraction.

Secondary Crushing: 3× HP800 cone crushers operate in parallel, producing −60 mm product at 400-800 t/h combined capacity. Each crusher is individually motorized with variable-frequency drive.

Tertiary Crushing & Sand: 2× VSI-1263 sand makers produce cubical aggregate and manufactured sand. Final product is wet-washed in XSD-3620 wheel sand washers.

Water Treatment: A complete water treatment plant processes all process water through flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration. 100% water recycling with zero liquid discharge.
