Project Overview
The Daming Mining Green Building Materials Project is a flagship large-scale aggregate production facility in Guangxi Province. This 5,000 TPH plant processes limestone using fully automated crushing and screening circuits with centralized SCADA control.
Project Scope
WSHT delivered a high-capacity crushing and screening solution designed for continuous 24/7 operation. The plant processes medium-hard limestone (UCS 80-100 MPa) into five aggregate sizes plus manufactured sand.
Process Flow
Primary Crushing: A C180 jaw crusher (1800×1400 mm) processes ROM limestone (P80 = 1,200 mm) at 600-1,200 t/h. Hydraulic CSS adjustment optimizes crushing efficiency.
Secondary Crushing: 4× HP800 cone crushers in parallel (300-500 t/h each) reduce product to −50 mm. Automatic load-sharing ensures balanced operation.
Tertiary Crushing: 2× HP500 cone crushers produce −20 mm final product at 250-400 t/h each. Closed-circuit with 2× 4YK-3072 vibrating screens.
Product Handling: 6× radial stackers create 50,000-tonne live stockpiles. Truck loading via automated weigh-bridge system.
