The Shunxing Building Materials Project in Jingdezhen represents a new generation of intelligent aggregate production. This 1,500 TPH facility applies AI-based process optimization and real-time quality monitoring for consistent product specifications.
Project Scope
WSHT provided an intelligent crushing and screening system with deep learning-based process optimization, automatic grade adjustment, and predictive maintenance capabilities.
Process Flow
Primary Crushing: A C120 jaw crusher (1200×900 mm, 180-350 t/h) processes ROM material with hydraulic CSS optimization.
Secondary Crushing: HPT-300 multi-cylinder cone crusher (100-200 t/h) with automatic stroke adjustment based on real-time feed characterization.
Tertiary Sand Making: VSI-8518 sand maker (80-180 t/h) produces high-quality manufactured sand. AI controls rotor speed and cascade ratio for optimal particle shape.
Quality Control: Online particle size analyzer (PSI) provides real-time feedback to process control system. Automatic adjustment of crusher settings, screen apertures, and sand washer parameters.
