Project Overview
The China Railway 11th Bureau Group Linzhi to Ya'an Section project provides high-quality aggregates for one of the most challenging railway construction segments in the world. This 1,000 TPH mobile plant processes hard rock in extreme mountain terrain at 3,500-4,500m elevation.
Project Scope
WSHT designed a rugged and reliable crushing system capable of operating in extreme conditions: high altitude, seismic activity, limited road access, and severe winter weather. The modular design allows partial disassembly for transport along narrow mountain roads.
Process Flow
Primary Crushing: Track-mounted C100 jaw crusher (1000×650 mm, 150-300 t/h) processes blasted granite and gneiss. Track mobility allows relocation without crane assistance.
Secondary Crushing: Modular HP300 cone crusher (100-200 t/h) on portable skid frame. Altitude-compensated turbocharger maintains power at 4,000m+.
Screening: Triple-deck vibrating screen (3YK-1860) classifies into railway ballast (25-60 mm), concrete aggregate (5-25 mm), and manufactured sand (0-5 mm). All products meet TB/T 2140 railway standards.
