Case 1 — Gold Crushing & Processing Plant, Africa
WSHT delivered a complete gold ore crushing and grinding plant for an African gold mining customer. The plant includes a primary jaw crusher, secondary cone crusher, tertiary cone crusher, multi-stage vibrating screens, a ball mill with classification cyclones, gravity concentration equipment and a flotation circuit. The plant processes approximately 500 tpd of run-of-mine gold ore and produces gold concentrate for further processing.
WSHT's scope included process design, equipment supply, plant layout engineering, installation supervision and commissioning assistance. The plant has been in continuous operation since commissioning with very high availability.
Case 2 — Copper Ore Crushing Circuit, Central Asia
A Central Asian copper mining customer required a reliable, high-capacity crushing circuit for processing hard, abrasive porphyry copper ore. WSHT supplied a primary jaw crusher plus two parallel secondary cone crushers and two tertiary cone crushers, together with associated screens and belt conveyors.
The circuit has operated reliably since commissioning, processing several thousand tons per day of copper ore with consistent throughput and product size distribution. WSHT supports the customer with ongoing spare parts supply and periodic maintenance supervision.
Case 3 — High-Capacity Aggregate Plant, Middle East
A Middle East aggregate producer needed to supply large quantities of high-quality aggregate for major infrastructure projects. WSHT designed and delivered a multi-stage aggregate crushing and screening plant combining primary impact crushing, secondary cone crushing, VSI sand shaping and multi-deck screening.
The plant produces well-graded, cubical aggregate products in multiple sizes for concrete, asphalt and road base applications — with the quality and consistency required for large civil engineering projects. WSHT's local service team provides technical support and spare parts for the installation.
Case 4 — Iron Ore Beneficiation Line, Southeast Asia
A Southeast Asian iron ore producer wanted to upgrade from simple crushing to a full beneficiation process to improve product quality and recovery. WSHT delivered a complete beneficiation flow sheet including crushing, screening, grinding, classification, magnetic separation and dewatering — all engineered for the specific ore characteristics.
The plant has significantly increased both the iron grade and the recovery rate compared to the previous operation, improving the customer's product value and profitability.
Case 5 — Mobile Crushing & Screening Fleet, South America
A South American quarry and contracting company needed a flexible crushing and screening solution that could move between multiple job sites. WSHT supplied a fleet of mobile jaw crushers, mobile cone crushers and mobile screening plants — all mounted on track chassis for easy on-site relocation.
The mobile fleet has proven highly productive and flexible, allowing the customer to take on a wider range of projects and reduce material haulage costs.
