Vibrating Gold Washing Screen

Vibrating Gold Washing Screen is dedicated placer gold pre-separation equipment. It combines high-frequency vibration and high-pressure water flushing to break mud agglomerates, separate large waste rock, and screen gold-bearing fine sand. Equipped with gravity sluice box and gold trapping rubber mat, it can realize preliminary enrichment of gold particles. Widely used for river sand gold, alluvial placer gold, eluvial gold mine. It can be fixed installation or equipped with sled/mobile chassis for frequent site transfer, perfectly matched with centrifugal concentrator, shaking table for complete gold recovery production line.

1. Powerful Mud Breaking & Anti-blocking Performance
High excitation force vibration plus built-in water spray system, effectively disperse sticky clay ore, avoid screen mesh clogging. Suitable for high mud content placer gold deposits.

2. High Gold Recovery Efficiency
Double-layer screening structure separates large stones directly. Fine materials flow into supporting sluice with wear-resistant gold trapping mat, capture coarse gold and fine gold, recovery rate up to 90% and above.

Optional sled type base, no pavement required. It can be dragged by excavator to move freely in mountain and river areas, greatly reducing infrastructure investment.
