Vibrating Gold Panning Machine

Vibrating Gold Panning Machine is a lightweight gravity separation equipment specially developed for placer gold mining. It adopts high-frequency vibration combined with water washing gravity separation technology. The machine can stratify gold-bearing sand and gravel efficiently. Heavy gold grains sink and get trapped by gold collecting mats, while light gangue, mud and sand are washed away. Multiple capacity models available from 3~5t/h up to 120~150t/h. It can work independently or match with sluice box, centrifugal concentrator and rotary scrubber in complete alluvial gold processing line. No chemical additives required, eco-friendly, easy to move and simple to operate for small and medium-scale gold mines in Africa, South America and Southeast Asia.

Step 1 — Feeding
Raw alluvial gold material, river sand or weathered gold-bearing gravel is fed into the vibrating tank continuously.

Step 2 — Vibration Stratification
Vibration motor generates stable high-frequency vibration. Materials stratify by specific gravity: high-density gold particles sink to bottom, light sand and mud float on upper layer.

Step 3 — Water Flushing & Gold Capture
Continuous water spray washes floating gangue out from discharge outlet. Gold grains stay captured by special gold-catching carpet/mat at tank bottom.

Step 4 — Concentrate Collection
After batch working, stop feeding and water supply, take out the gold mat and collect gold concentrate for further refining by centrifugal concentrator or shaking table.
