03. Working Principle
Wanshihengtong vibrating feeder uses a vibration motor as the excitation source. Through the synchronous and reverse rotation of the dual eccentric shafts, powerful and stable vibration force is generated. The materials in the feeding trough are continuously thrown and moved forward in a parabolic trajectory, realizing automatic, uniform and quantitative feeding. During the vibration conveying process, fine impurities and powdery materials are screened out through the gap of the grizzly bars, and qualified lump materials are stably and evenly sent to the crusher.
