Shaking table, also called mineral shaking table or gold shaking table, is the core gravity separation machine widely used in mineral processing plants. It separates valuable minerals and gangue according to different specific gravity, featuring high concentrate grade, excellent recovery rate, low energy consumption and simple operation. 1. Working Principle of Shaking Table
The machine relies on the combined action of table surface reciprocating motion and thin water flow. Raw ore slurry is fed onto the inclined bed surface; heavy high-density minerals sink to the bottom and move forward with table vibration, while light gangue floats on the water layer and flows out with water. Finally, three products including concentrate, middling and tailings are discharged separately to realize effective separation.
