Multi‑cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is high‑performance medium‑fine crushing equipment for hard rock and mineral materials. Adopting laminated crushing principle, it is widely used in mining, quarry, aggregate production for granite, basalt, iron ore, river pebble and other medium‑hard & hard ores. Multiple hydraulic cylinders realize over‑iron protection, discharge opening adjustment and cavity cleaning automatically. Comparing with spring cone crusher, it brings higher output, better cubic product shape and lower downtime.

Motor drives bevel gear and eccentric sleeve. The moving cone makes pendulum gyratory movement. Materials are squeezed, impacted and ground between fixed cone and moving cone. Laminated crushing happens between stones. Qualified materials fall out from bottom discharge opening; oversized material stays inside for re‑crushing. Hydraulic cylinders control release pressure and gap adjustment.
