1. Product Overview
The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is a new-generation intelligent crushing equipment designed for medium and fine crushing of high-hardness ores and rocks. Integrating mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and intelligent control technologies, it abandons the defects of traditional spring cone crushers and single-cylinder cone crushers, featuring strong crushing force, stable operation, high output rate and low consumption. Different from single-cylinder cone crushers with simple structure and limited crushing capacity, our multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts peripheral multi-cylinder hydraulic locking and adjusting system. 2. Core Working Principle

The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher relies on motor-driven eccentric sleeve rotation to drive the moving cone for continuous swing motion. When the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, materials are squeezed, sheared and bent to complete crushing; when the moving cone moves away from the fixed cone, crushed materials are discharged from the crushing cavity by gravity.
Equipped with an independent multi-cylinder hydraulic system, the machine realizes automatic discharge port adjustment, iron-overload protection and full-automatic cavity cleaning. The advanced laminated crushing principle makes materials crush against each other, which effectively reduces wear of vulnerable parts and produces uniform cubic finished particles with excellent grain shape, greatly improving the quality of final aggregates and ore materials.
Optimized spindle structure, stroke and swing frequency parameters greatly improve crushing efficiency. The processing capacity is significantly higher than traditional cone crushers of the same model, with hourly output ranging from 50 tons to 2000 tons, meeting the demands of large-scale and high-yield crushing production lines.

The multi-point hydraulic control system provides reliable overload protection. When unbreakable foreign matter enters the crushing cavity, the hydraulic system automatically releases pressure and discharges foreign materials to avoid equipment jamming and damage. Full-automatic cavity cleaning function reduces manual operation difficulty and downtime, greatly improving production continuity.

Laminated crushing technology realizes selective crushing of materials, effectively reducing flaky and needle-shaped particles.
