Our modular crushing and screening plant is a fully‑integrated processing system built for remote and mobile‑demand projects. Designed with independent skid‑mounted modules, the whole line combines feeding, crushing, multi‑deck screening and material conveying into a compact workflow.
Unlike traditional fixed systems that need heavy concrete foundation work, this modular unit requires minimal site preparation. All modules are pre‑assembled and tested before delivery. After arrival on‑site, operators only need to finish simple connection work, then the plant can quickly go into production. It supports container‑based transportation, easy relocation between different working locations, well‑suited for medium‑scale processing projects.

Raw material enters from feeding module → goes into crushing unit for size reduction → material is delivered to vibrating screen by conveyors → classified into multiple fractions. Qualified material can flow into follow‑up gravity separation equipment for further concentration, unqualified material can return for re‑crushing.
This crushing‑screening plant can work together with our gravity separation equipment: vibrating screen, sluice box, shaking table, to realize full‑set material treatment from size reduction to high‑precision separation.
