WSHT 40 gold centrifugal concentrator is a high-capacity gravity separation equipment independently manufactured by WanShiHengTong Intelligent Equipment. It adopts intensified centrifugal force to separate high-density gold and heavy minerals from gangue slurry. This model reaches a processing capacity of 30–40 t/h, equipped with a 15 kW main motor, and its gold recovery rate stably hits 85%–93%, performing excellently on capturing fine and flake free gold that is easily lost in conventional gravity circuits. The wear-resistant stainless steel riffle bowl resists abrasion and reduces blockage during long continuous operation. Optimized structure ensures stable running with fewer vulnerable parts and convenient on-site maintenance. Widely used for alluvial placer gold, crushed hard rock gold ore, gold tailings reprocessing, as well as tin, tungsten and other heavy mineral concentration. It can work independently or integrate with jaw crusher, ball mill, vibrating screen, sluice box and shaking table to form a complete gold processing EPC plant. Automatic discharging system and customized control cabinet are available upon request for different mining sites.

The ore slurry is evenly fed into the rotating concentrator bowl through the feed pipe.
