01. Product Introduction

Wanshihengtong VSI Impact Crusher, also known as vertical shaft impact crusher, is professional high-efficiency fine crushing and sand shaping equipment. Different from jaw and cone crushers for coarse and medium crushing, this vertical impact crusher focuses on fine crushing, cubic shaping and artificial sand making, which is the core tertiary crushing equipment in complete stone crushing and sand making production lines.
Adopting advanced rock-on-rock crushing principle, the machine uses high-speed rotating rotor to throw materials, realizing mutual impact, collision, grinding and fine crushing between stones. It is widely used for hard rock processing such as granite, basalt, river stone, quartz stone, and also suitable for construction waste recycling, ore fine grinding and high-standard aggregate shaping. The finished materials feature excellent cubic shape, uniform particle size and reasonable gradation, fully meeting high-standard construction, highway, railway and water conservancy engineering sand and aggregate requirements.
Wanshihengtong full-series VSI impact crushers cover small, medium and large models with hourly output ranging from 30 tons to 300 tons. It can be matched with jaw crusher, cone crusher and vibrating screen to form closed-circuit sand making and crushing lines. With stable performance, high sand forming rate and low wear loss, it has become the preferred fine crushing equipment for global aggregate plants and mineral processing projects.

The unique vertical shaft impact crushing structure realizes multi-angle collision and shaping of materials. The finished aggregate has uniform cubic shape, low needle-flake content and compact gradation, which greatly improves commercial stone quality and market competitiveness.
Rock-on-Rock Crushing, Low Wear & Long Service Life
Adopts advanced material self-crushing technology. The materials form a protective material layer inside the crushing cavity, which reduces direct impact and wear on the equipment lining and rotor. Compared with traditional crushing machines, it effectively reduces vulnerable part loss and lowers long-term maintenance cost.
High Sand Yield & Adjustable Fineness
The rotor speed and material feeding volume can be adjusted freely. The sand forming rate is high, and the finished particle size is controllable. It can produce machine-made sand of 0-5mm and high-quality aggregate of various specifications, realizing one machine with multiple functions.
Energy Saving & High Efficiency
Optimized rotor dynamic balance design and fluid crushing cavity structure reduce running resistance and invalid energy consumption. 03. Working Principle

After materials enter the feeding hopper of the Wanshihengtong VSI impact crusher, they are divided into two parts by the distributing plate. A part of materials falls into the high-speed rotating rotor and is rapidly accelerated to high speed, then thrown out from the rotor flow channel. The other part of materials falls around the rotor and forms a material layer in the crushing cavity.
The high-speed ejected materials collide violently with the surrounding material layer, realizing automatic crushing, grinding and shaping through mutual impact between stones. After crushing and shaping, the qualified finished materials are discharged from the bottom of the equipment, and the unqualified coarse particles are returned to the equipment for secondary crushing through the screening system, forming a closed-circuit circulation process to ensure uniform and high-quality finished particle size.
