3. Working Principle

After the raw rock gold ore is put into the grinding chassis evenly, the motor drives the two heavy grinding wheels to rotate circumferentially. Relying on gravity and mechanical pressure, the grinding wheels continuously squeeze, roll and grind the ore. At the same time, circulating water is added for wet grinding, which quickly turns solid ore into fine ore slurry. In the grinding process, the gold wrapped in the rock is completely dissociated due to continuous extrusion and friction. The qualified fine ore slurry flows out through the discharge port, and enters the next gold separation equipment for gravity separation and gold recovery, while unqualified coarse ore continues to be rolled and ground in the machine until reaching the standard fineness.
