Gold Gravity Separation Production Line is a complete beneficiation plant designed for alluvial gold, placer gold and low-grade rock gold ore. It adopts physical gravity separation principle without chemical reagents, featuring environmental protection, low operating cost and high gold recovery rate. The whole line integrates trommel screening, centrifugal concentration, sluice box recovery, hammer crushing and 6S shaking table refining. Raw ore is classified into three size fractions (0-3mm, 3-10mm, >10mm) and processed by matched equipment to maximize gold recovery at each particle size stage, finally producing high-grade gold concentrate.
Step 1 — Primary Classification by Rotary Trommel Screen
Raw ore is fed into rotary trommel screen and divided into three fractions: 0-3mm fine fraction, 3-10mm medium fraction and >10mm coarse fraction.
Step 2 — Fine Fraction (0-3mm): Centrifugal Concentrator → 6S Shaking Table No.1
Fine slurry enters centrifugal gold concentrator for high-efficiency pre-concentration, then 6S shaking table further separates gold concentrate from tailings.
Step 3 — Medium Fraction (3-10mm): Fixed Gold Sluice Box → 6S Shaking Table No.2
Medium particles pass through fixed gold sluice box for coarse gold capture, then shaking table performs final concentration.
Step 4 — Coarse Fraction (>10mm): Hammer Crusher → Centrifugal Concentrator → 6S Shaking Table No.3
Oversize ore is crushed by hammer crusher to below 5mm, then enters centrifugal concentrator and shaking table for gold recovery.
Step 5 — Final Output
All three parallel circuits output high-grade gold concentrate; tailings are discharged uniformly for further treatment or stockpiling.
