01. Product Introduction
Wanshihengtong ball mill is a professional heavy-duty grinding machine designed for mineral processing, industrial grinding and material fine crushing. As the core equipment in the secondary crushing and fine grinding stage, it is widely used for processing gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, manganese ore, lead-zinc ore, quartz sand, feldspar and other metallic and non-metallic minerals.
Our mining ball mill supports both wet grinding and dry grinding modes, meeting different beneficiation and material processing requirements. Wear-Resistant & Durable Structure
The cylinder adopts thickened steel plate integral welding. Dual Working Modes: Wet & Dry Grinding

Uniform Discharging Fineness & Adjustable Particle Size

03. Working Principle
The Wanshihengtong ball mill drives the cylinder to rotate stably through the transmission motor and reducer. When the cylinder rotates, the built-in steel balls, steel forgings and mineral materials are lifted to a certain height with the lining plate, and then fall down freely under gravity.
Materials are continuously impacted, squeezed and ground by grinding media in the cylinder to realize fine crushing and ultrafine powdering. After grinding, the qualified fine powder is discharged through the discharging port, and the unqualified coarse materials are returned to the ball mill again through the spiral classifier for re-grinding, forming an efficient closed-circuit circulating grinding system, which greatly improves grinding quality and production capacity.
