The linear vibrating screen employs two counter-rotating vibrator motors mounted at opposing angles to the screen deck. The synchronized rotation of these motors produces a resultant linear vibration force directed along a specific angle, typically 45° to the horizontal. This linear motion both conveys material forward along the deck and stratifies it by particle size. The material moves in a straight line without bouncing, ensuring continuous contact with the screen surface for efficient fine particle separation.
