6-S Gold Shaking Table | High Precision Fine Gold Recovery Equipment

Product Overview

The 6-S shaking table is the most classic and widely used gravity separation equipment in mineral processing industry. It is specially designed for recovering fine gold, micro gold and heavy minerals from ore slurry. With reliable mechanical structure, adjustable stroke and frequency, our gold shaking table achieves high separation precision and ultra-high gold recovery rate, which is perfectly suitable for alluvial gold, rock gold, tin, tungsten, coltan and other mineral beneficiation projects.
Different from other separation machines, the shaking table can output three kinds of products at one time: high-grade concentrate, middling ore and tailings, which greatly improves the utilization rate of mineral resources and creates stable profits for mining investors.

Working Principle

Relying on the combined force of mechanical reciprocating motion and water flow washing, the mineral particles with different specific gravity are stratified on the fiberglass deck. Heavy minerals such as gold sink to the bottom of the deck and move forward with the table stroke, while light gangue minerals are washed away by water flow. Finally, pure gold concentrate and qualified minerals are separated efficiently.
