3TPH Small Rock Gold Gravity Separation Line is a compact and complete beneficiation plant designed for small-scale hard rock gold mines with processing capacity of 3 tons per hour. It adopts pure physical gravity separation principle, integrating crushing, grinding, classification, centrifugal concentration and shaking table refining into one continuous flow. The whole line features low investment, small footprint, easy operation and fast return on investment. It is especially suitable for small gold mines, artisanal mining operations and pilot test plants, producing high-grade gold concentrate powder without any chemical reagents.
Step 1 — Primary Crushing: PE200×300 Jaw Crusher
Raw ore from ore bin is fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing, reducing large rocks to small particles suitable for ball mill feeding.
Step 2 — Grinding & Classification: 0930 Ball Mill + FG075 Spiral Classifier
Crushed ore enters ball mill for fine grinding, then discharged slurry goes to spiral classifier. Overflow qualified fine slurry proceeds to next stage, while coarse sand returns to ball mill for re-grinding, forming closed-circuit grinding.
Step 3 — Pre-concentration: STL40 Centrifugal Concentrator
Classified fine slurry is pumped into centrifugal gold concentrator. High centrifugal force efficiently captures heavy gold particles and discards light gangue, producing pre-concentrated gold material.
Step 4 — Final Refining: 6S-4500 Shaking Table
Centrifugal concentrate is further processed on 6S shaking table. Gravity stratification separates high-grade gold concentrate powder from tailings, achieving final gold recovery.
Step 5 — Final Output
Output products: high-grade gold concentrate powder (for smelting) + tailings powder (discharge or further treatment).
