01. Product Introduction

Wanshihengtong 1030 gold trommel screen is a medium-capacity, heavy-duty rotary gold washing and screening equipment specially designed for alluvial gold, river sand gold and placer gold mining projects. With standard drum size Φ1000×3000mm, this model supports stable processing capacity of 30–50 tons per hour, perfectly matching medium-scale commercial gold washing plants.
Different from small mini trommel machines, the WS1030 gold trommel upgrades drum rigidity, water flushing system and material handling structure, solving common problems such as insufficient clay scrubbing, easy screen clogging and low throughput in medium-sized gold mines. It can effectively process high-clay raw ore, separate gravel, soil and gold-bearing sand, greatly improving gold washing purity and recovery rate.

High-Pressure Full-Coverage Clay Scrubbing System
Built-in multi-row high-pressure spray nozzles form three-dimensional water flushing inside the drum. This design greatly reduces fine gold loss and improves overall gold recovery efficiency.
Wear-Resistant & Anti-Clogging Screen Mesh
The screen mesh adopts high-strength manganese steel material with anti-blocking hole design. It resists gravel impact, abrasion and mud blockage, adapting to long-term heavy-duty washing of high-clay and high-impurity ore. Screen aperture can be customized according to customer ore particle size requirements.

03. Working Principle

Raw gold-bearing sand and gravel are evenly fed into the rotating drum of the Wanshihengtong 1030 gold trommel screen. With the continuous rotation of the drum, materials are repeatedly turned, tumbled and rubbed. At the same time, the high-pressure water spray system continuously flushes the materials to dissolve and strip sticky clay and mud impurities.
During the washing process, qualified fine gold-bearing sand passes through the screen holes and falls into the lower gold collection system for further gravity separation and concentration. Large-particle stones, waste rock and impurities are automatically discharged from the drum tail. The whole washing and screening process runs continuously and automatically, realizing efficient separation of gold-bearing materials and waste materials, and significantly improving gold washing efficiency and recovery rate.
