A green mining demonstration project in Fengdu County, comprising:
Crushing plant, 14.36km conveyor corridor, and sorting yard.
Total new construction area: 270.2 acres.
Key Components:
Crushing Plant:
Primary crushing & conveying (882 m²).
Secondary/tertiary crushing buffer silos & conveying (791 m²).
Conveyor Corridor: 14,360m (tunnel + overhead) with annual throughput of 10 million tons.
Sorting Yard:
Primary/secondary screening (2 × 1,045 m²).
Finished product/Rock powder storage (1,570 m² + 113 m²).
Auxiliary facilities: office buildings (5,000 m²), power rooms (600 m²), roads, landscaping.
Environmental & Economic Benefits:
Zero-pollution transport: Fully enclosed corridor eliminates dust/noise, improving local ecology and
investment appeal.
Market-driven logistics: Connects to Yangtze River docks via belt corridor, boosting transport capacity.
Financials:
Total investment: ¥618.58 million (Construction: ¥353.98M; Equipment: ¥136.23M).
Annual output: Revenue ¥180M, net profit ¥66.15M.
- Technical Process
Crushing & Screening Flow:
- Primary Crushing: Heavy-duty hammer crusher processes raw ore.
- Secondary/Tertiary Crushing: Multi-stage crushing with buffer silos for graded sizing.
- Screening:
Vibrating screens separate aggregates into finished products (e.g., 5-20mm) and rock powder.
Soil screening (250 m² dedicated area).
- Storage: Graded products sent to silos; rock powder stored separately (113 m²). Innovative Transport:
14.36km Belt Corridor: Hybrid tunnel/overhead design ensures efficient, eco-friendly ore delivery to
docks.
Equipment: Heavy-duty belt conveyors, linear vibrating feeders, and impact crushers.
Flexibility:
