Performance depends on amplitude, frequency, inclination, deck configuration and screen media.
Amplitude & Frequency
Amplitude (4-10 mm) controls throw distance. Frequency (750-1,000 RPM) determines impacts per minute. Higher frequency improves fine screening.
Screen Media
Woven wire for dry screening. Polyurethane/rubber panels offer 3-5× longer wear life. Slotted screens handle wet/sticky material.
