Three-Stage Crushing Circuit
Standard for hard rock mining requiring fine product (-10 mm) from high-strength ore (BWi >15 kWh/t).
Primary Crushing
Jaw crushers handle ROM ore (up to 1,500 mm) reducing to -200 mm. Selection based on feed size, throughput and compressive strength.
Secondary Crushing
Cone crushers reduce to -40 mm. Multiple units in parallel handle high throughput. CSS controls product size.
Tertiary Crushing
Additional cone or VSI crushing produces -10 mm product for grinding feed. VSI produces cubical shape for aggregates.
