Magnetite Beneficiation
Magnetite (Fe₃O₄) is strongly magnetic and efficiently recovered by low-intensity magnetic separation (LIMS). Produces high-grade concentrate (65-68% Fe).
Circuit Design
Primary jaw crushing, secondary cone crushing and ball mill grinding produce liberation-size particles. LIMS at 0.1-0.3 T recovers magnetite. Multiple stages with regrinding achieve >66% Fe and <4% SiO₂.
