Throughput Calculation

Capacity depends on feed opening, eccentric speed, stroke, CSS and ore characteristics. WSHT uses manufacturer tables with ore-specific corrections.

Wear Part Optimization

Manganese steel (12-14% Mn) jaw plates provide work-hardening wear resistance. Plate profile selected based on feed material.
