ROM iron ore requires crushing and screening to produce sized products.
Primary Crushing
Jaw crushers handle ROM ore (up to 1,500 mm) and reduce to -200 mm. Capacity 500-2,000 t/h.
Secondary & Tertiary Crushing
Cone crushers produce -50 mm and -10 mm products. Multi-deck screens classify into lump (+6 mm) and fines (-6 mm) products.
