Heap Leach Application

Heap leaching is the preferred route for low-grade gold oxide ores (0.3-1.5 g/t Au) where conventional milling is not economically viable.

Heap Leach Pad Design

Pads require engineered foundations with double composite liners (clay + HDPE geomembrane). Ore preparation (crushing, agglomeration) improves permeability for clay-bearing ores.

Solution Management

Pregnant leach solution (PLS) is collected and routed to gold recovery (ADR plant). Barren solution is re-circulated with cyanide make-up.
