C Series Jaw Crusher (European Version)

C Series European jaw crusher is a new generation heavy-duty primary crushing equipment developed for mine, quarry, construction waste recycling and aggregate processing industry. It adopts optimized "V" crushing cavity, heavy-duty frame and fully automatic adjustment system, with outstanding stability, high output and long service life, widely used in hard stone, metal ore, limestone, granite and other material coarse crushing operations.

Performance Characteristics

  • High impact resistance & stable operation: Integral heavy cast steel frame, thickened side plate and reinforced main shaft bearing base, strong anti-impact ability, stable continuous running under heavy load, low failure rate.
  • Convenient lubrication & long service time: Centralized thin oil lubrication system, automatic oil supply for all bearing positions, effectively reduce friction loss and extend the service cycle of core components.
  • Quick discharge opening adjustment: Optional mechanical or hydraulic adjustment device, no need to pad gaskets manually, adjust discharge size quickly and safely, greatly reduce equipment downtime during production switching.
  • Optimized symmetrical V-shaped crushing cavity: Large inclination jaw plate + big swing stroke + reasonable eccentric shaft speed, materials get multi-layer extrusion and grinding, finished aggregate particle shape is uniform, high cubic rate, less needle flake materials, and the jaw plate wear is more balanced with longer service life.
  • Effective moving jaw protection structure: Independent heavy-duty guard plate installed above moving jaw, completely isolate ore impact, prevent dust and ore from entering the bearing assembly inside the jaw body, reduce bearing wear and maintenance cost.
  • Integrated motor base design: Frame, motor seat and driving motor move synchronously, the tension of triangular belts can be adjusted conveniently without disassembling the motor, reduce belt fatigue damage and extend belt service life.
  • Wide application range: Suitable for crushing hard, medium-hard rock and various metal ores, can be matched with mobile crushing station, fixed aggregate production line, gold ore processing plant and cement raw material crushing system.
