1.Working Principle
Henan WanShiHengTong jaw crusher adopts the toggle extrusion working principle. Driven by an electric motor, the eccentric shaft rotates via V-belts and pulleys, making the movable jaw perform periodic reciprocating motion. When the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the space between the two jaw plates shrinks, and materials are crushed by extrusion, splitting and bending. When the movable jaw moves away from the fixed jaw, the lower space of the crushing chamber expands; qualified materials are discharged from the discharge port by gravity, while unqualified materials remain for repeated crushing, realizing continuous operation2.Performance Features
