Current Openings
Mechanical Design Engineers
Responsibilities: Design and develop crushing, screening and grinding equipment; perform FEA and structural analysis; create detailed manufacturing drawings; collaborate with production teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering; 3+ years of heavy machinery or mining equipment design experience; proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar CAD software; knowledge of material science and manufacturing processes.
Mineral Processing Engineers
Responsibilities: Design crushing, screening, grinding and beneficiation process flowsheets; conduct ore testwork and process simulation; size and select equipment; prepare process design packages for EPC projects.
Requirements: Degree in Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering or related field; 3+ years of mineral processing or concentrator design experience; familiarity with process simulation software; experience with gold, copper, iron ore or aggregate processing preferred.
Electrical & Automation Engineers
Responsibilities: Design electrical control systems for mining equipment and plants; program PLC and SCADA systems; specify MCCs, VFDs and instrumentation; support on-site commissioning of automation systems.
Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation; 3+ years of industrial control system design experience; familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley or similar PLC platforms; experience in mining or heavy industry preferred.
International Sales Managers
Responsibilities: Develop and manage customer relationships in assigned regions; prepare quotations and commercial proposals; coordinate with engineering teams for technical solutions; travel to customer sites and mining exhibitions.
Requirements: Fluency in English plus Russian, Spanish, French or Arabic is a strong advantage; 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in mining or heavy equipment; willingness to travel internationally (30-50%); strong commercial and communication skills.
Field Service Engineers
Responsibilities: Supervise equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites worldwide; train customer operators and maintenance personnel; troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical support; conduct plant audits and optimization visits.
Requirements: Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering; willingness to travel internationally extensively (60-70%); strong practical troubleshooting skills; English proficiency required, additional languages a plus; previous field service experience in mining or construction equipment preferred.
QC / NDT Inspectors
Responsibilities: Perform incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks and final product inspection; conduct ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing; maintain quality records and non-conformance reports.
Requirements: Technical certificate in mechanical inspection or NDT; NDT Level II certification (UT, MT, PT) preferred; 2+ years of quality inspection experience in heavy manufacturing; familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
