Technical Process
Project Capacity: 6,000 tons/hour

Processing Method: Dry production process
- Primary Crushing:
Limestone is uniformly fed via a WSHT2560 vibrating feeder to a WSPCZ2125 hammer crusher for
initial crushing.
Fine materials with mud pass through the feeder’s grizzly bars and enter a de-mudding vibrating
screen. After mud removal, they return to the main conveyor and proceed to the transfer bin.
- Screening & Grading:
Transfer bin material is sent to the 1st-stage WS3YK3680 vibrating screen for primary screening:
20-31.5mm aggregates are sent to the finished product silo.
Particles >31.5mm are conveyed to a WSZXPC1622 shaping crusher for secondary crushing.
Materials <20mm enter the 2nd-stage WS2YK3680 vibrating screen for further grading:
5-10mm and 10-20mm aggregates are stored as finished products.
0-5mm particles are sent to the sand-making and powder selection system.
- Flexible Production Adjustment:
The process allows dynamic adjustments to meet market demand. Unsold aggregates can be
recycled into the sand-making system to increase machine-made sand output.
